We want everyone to enjoy their time at the 'Life on the Holme Front' weekend and most importantly, to go home in the same condition they arrived in.
Under the Health & Safety at Work Act (1999), all trade stand operators are required to produce a Risk Assessment for all activities including set up, operating the stand during the event, and the dismantling and removal from site after the event has finished.
In addition, this includes the provision of oil spill granules by vehicle clubs for all show vehicles. Also, the removal of waste and contaminated materials to the site skip is the responsibility of the trade stand operators and club members.
Except for those individuals and/or groups bringing vintage vehicles and stationary engine displays to the event, a risk assessment form should be completed by all exhibitors.
If you are required to complete a Risk Assessment Form, please make sure you have done so and include it with your completed booking form and other necessary paperwork before sending it to us.
